We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was well appointed, very clean, and had excellent fittings. The bathroom was super clean and the cleaning staff serviced the room professionally each day. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to the West Hampstead tube station, making it very convenient for us to get around the city.

Great location, just a short walk from the tube station and close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and well-stocked with supplies, and the fridge cooled items quickly. The shower was fantastic, with a vibrant flow of water. Plus, the self-check-in process was easy and we received prompt responses to our questions via email.
There were a few issues. We encountered some ants in the room, which could potentially become a problem in the summer.
